Do you charge customers for service call?
We only charge you for service call if you choose not to repair after receiving written estimate with appliance diagnosis from our technician. If you decide to repair your appliance that service fee is waived. Service call is free with repair job.
How do you charge for a repair job?
We quote flat rate price based on the cost of required replacement parts and average labor cost derived from the industry standard "Appliance Blue Book" known as MASNPG. We don’t charge hourly rates, no matter how long repair takes, our price is guaranteed.
Do I have to pay more if technician has to come back with replacement part he has to order?
No, you don’t pay extra if we have to come back to your home again. It is in our best interest to finish the job the first time out.
